I'm so glad that I went to Hawaii when I did.
ATA (the airline I flew) just filed for bankruptcy. I'm not surprised because their employees are less knowledable about airline policies than the customers, a personal per peeve. (I can't stand talking to a store employee when I know more than them and I don't know every much.) I am defiantly glad that I went when I did, even though I didn't have a lot of time.

That was good timing! I agree, it's so annoying when an employee knows less about their company and/or profession than you do.
