My adorable niece spent the night (last month). She loves to cook so we bought the cupcake mix for Sprinkles Cupcakes from Williams and Sonoma. She loves watching the Food Network and dreams about having her own cupcake shop. She told me about using an ice cream scoop to fill the cupcakes and it worked perfect.
We had so much fun together!!

Looks like you had a fun time. Cute pictures. Emily is growing up so fast. I heard about the ice cream scope also and use it for muffins. Ryan and Emily look so cute together.
